Barron Trump has tested positive for COVID-19 in a second round of testing, according to first lady Melania Trump.
Barron, 14, President Donald Trump’s youngest son, did not exhibit any symptoms, according to his mother. He has since tested negative again, Melania Trump said, according to reporter Jennifer Jacobs.
The first lady said she has now tested negative for the coronavirus.
The president, who was on his way to Iowa on Wednesday, said, “Barron’s fine.”
Trump was released from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Oct. 5 after being hospitalized for three days after contracting the coronavirus.
